The Woopra integration will let you see all the details about users’ interactions with your published Omniconvert experiments.

To activate it you must first have the Woopra tracking codes installed on your website. After that is done, login into your Omniconvert account and go to Integrations.

On the Integrations page search for Woopra, click on the Status button to set it live and click save.


Once the integration is live, you’ll be able to see the following user data/events and updates, in your Woopra account, under People.
The data can be used to Analyze and filter Trends, Journey and Retention reports:



This is the user data that will be sent:

1. Experiment viewed ( A/B test, Personalization or Overlay ) which contains the following details :

–  Name  ( Omniconvert Experiment View )
–  Experiment name
–  Experiment id
–  Variation name
–  Variation id



2. Property update ( Eg.  e-mail ). This can be any information you choose to collect through the Overlay’s, and it will be updated in the visitors’ profile in Woopra :

– Name
– Email
– Phone etc.



3.  Survey viewed which contains the following details :

– Name  ( Omniconvert Survey View )
– Survey name
– Survey id



4. Surveys answered. Here you’ll be able to see users’ responses to your questions.



5. Goal achieved. This appears whenever the user hits a goal set for one of your experiments. It has the following data:

– Name (  Omniconvert goal )
– Goal name
– Goal value ( in case the goal has a value, like the Sales goal )
– Goal transaction ( The transaction id of the goal if it is set )
– Experiment Id
– Experiment name
– Variation id
– Variation name


For Engagement and Unbounce goals ( people which haven’t bounced ) the data will be available like this:

– Name ( Omniconvert goal )
– Goal name ( Engagement or Unbounce – it means the user has interacted with the page and did not bounce )
– Value  ( it will be 0 )
– Transaction  ( it will be blank )
– Experiment name
– Experiment id
– Variation name
– Variation id


The second best thing that this integration brings is the possibility to use Labels set in Woopra to segment visitors in Omniconvert.

To do that just go into your Omniconvert account to ‘Segments’ under ‘Advanced’, and create a new Segment:



In the segment’ settings page select to ‘Include’ or ‘Exclude’ the Woopra Label parameter:


Once the segment is created you can easily add it to any experiment in Omniconvert.
