The RFM-related information can be synced back into Shopify, for each customer.
This is a Limited Preview feature at the moment, so please don’t hesitate our Customer Support team if you would benefit from having the RFM information within Shopify.
How to check customer RFM Group and RFM Score in Shopify
Step 1:
Log into your Shopify Store Account
Step 2:
Go to Customers list
Step 3:
Click on a specific customer
Step 4:
Notice under tags, the following tags:
- RFM Group
- RFM Score
Step 5:
Each tag contains the value assigned to the customer in Reveal
