Account Executives that work for Omniconvert are given a great opportunity to have an impact on our future users, on our products’ trajectory, and as a result, on themselves.
As a pivotal part of Omniconvert’s Growth Department, the AE will receive training and a certification program in Customer Value Optimization (CVO).
CVO is an innovative framework for eCommerce companies that identifies the most important customer segments by using RFM Analysis and understanding behavioral patterns that need to be addressed to prioritize what matters to improve profitability and customer loyalty for eCommerce brands.
The Growth Department’s mission is to sustain Omniconvert in the quest of becoming a Category King for the Customer Value Optimization category.
The roles and responsibilities associated with this department are highly instrumental in this mission as they contribute to the success of the go-to-market strategy of Reveal and the distribution of the CVO mindset and methodology in the market.
This department embodies two main parts:
- Demand Generation
- Revenue Generation
In Omniconvert we want to transform our AE’s into product experts who focus on closing deals the right way-with the right customers whom they set up for success.
Our AE’s run the entire sales cycle — from qualification to demo to driving the buying process to close.

- Build Omniconvert Reveal’s customer base
- Actively manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
- Support the success of your peers
- Exhibit Omniconverts values of accountability and effort
- Provide guidance and support to new Account Executives
- Expand your skill set by participating in adjacent tasks over time
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of closing experience, ideally within Saas/MarTech
- Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
- Aren’t afraid to hear no and embrace failure as an opportunity to improve
- Continually seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of it
- Are encouraging of your team
- Are thoughtful, engaging, and energetic
- Are adept at influencing and relationship building
- Able to forecast their business with accuracy, and proactively manage and extract value from their territory long term.
