We have a great opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing company.

Basically, we need a determined tech and people-oriented Customer Success Specialist with some work experience that is looking to level up his game in a flexible and warm team, without the burdens of the corporate cage.

The Job

Primary responsibilities

  • Support new customers throughout the implementation of our platforms
  • Onboard new users/customers to ease the learning curve of our platforms
  • Assist the new customers into launching their first campaigns
  • Deliver training to customers when needed
  • Become an expert for all our products
  • Become an expert for all our products
  • Review and resolve product issues received from customers
  • Accurately save the solutions found, for use when necessary
  • Work with metrics and clear procedures and continuously share improvement ideas


  • Proficient in writing and speaking English because you will be talking with a lot of awesome people all over the world
  • Oriented towards helping others, some experience in handling customer support related tasks would be a plus but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Results-oriented, proactive and eager to learn

This is a plus:

  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in customer support

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail (and we aren’t just saying that)
  • Patience when delivering information
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to focus
