Data-backed creative briefs from NPS, review sentiment, and competitor gaps. Every creative traces back to an insight. Push briefs to your existing tools or use built-in generation.

What they do

What they do
Run A/B tests, deploy overlays, trigger surveys. Powerful for execution — but require you to decide what to test. Intuition-driven by default.
+ What Nexus adds
Explore runs via MCP — Nexus controls it without you opening it directly. Every test spawned from an insight. No orphan experiments. Results feed back into the intelligence loop.

+ What Nexus adds
Reveal is the native profit engine — True Profit, CLV, RFM. External signals feed CX Intelligence where every issue is scored by profit impact. Reviews become your next experiment brief.

Got questions?

Frequently asked questions

What is eCommerce AI automation? +
eCommerce AI automation uses AI to replace the manual marketing decision layer — detecting growth opportunities, generating ad creatives and campaign packages, and optimising spend for real profitability. Nexus connects to all the tools you can imagine to autonomously identify what to test, generate launch-ready assets, and measure true profit instead of ROAS.
What is True Profit vs ROAS? +
ROAS measures revenue per dollar of ad spend but ignores cost of goods, shipping, returns, and platform fees. True Profit subtracts all these costs to show actual bottom-line contribution. A campaign with 3x ROAS can be deeply unprofitable once real costs are deducted. Nexus calculates True Profit for every campaign, ad, and product.
Does Nexus replace my existing tools? +
No — Nexus is an orchestration layer, not a replacement. Triple Whale, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Gorgias — keep all of them. Nexus connects to these tools via read-only APIs, ingests their data, and adds the intelligence layer on top: turning raw signals into prioritised actions, generating campaign assets, and measuring what actually moves the bottom line. Your tools stay. Nexus adds the brain.
Who is Nexus built for? +
Nexus is built for Shopify brands doing $5M–$200M in annual revenue that have already assembled a marketing stack but feel like they’re spending more time operating tools than growing the business. If your marketing manager spends half their week assembling reports, reconciling data across platforms, and waiting for creatives — Nexus replaces all of that with a supervised autonomous system that handles it continuously.
What makes Nexus different from a regular analytics dashboard? +
Dashboards show you what happened. They hand you a chart and leave the interpretation to you. Nexus tells you what to do about it: every insight surfaces with a ranked profit impact, a ready-to-approve hypothesis, and a campaign brief pre-filled and deployable. The default view is never a dashboard — it’s the single most important action your business should take today.
How does Nexus reduce ecommerce CAC? +
Three ways: it identifies which campaigns are truly profitable after COGS, shipping, and returns. It monitors competitor ad libraries to find untapped messaging opportunities. And it enforces message coherence between ads and landing pages, eliminating the mismatch that inflates acquisition cost.
How does Nexus handle ad creative fatigue? +
Nexus tracks creative decay curves: monitoring CTR decline, CPC increases, and frequency saturation. It forecasts when each creative will fatigue and tells you how many new creatives you need next month, before CAC climbs. Proactive replenishment instead of reactive scrambling.
How quickly will I see meaningful results? +
In the Q2 beta, the first value is visibility: within days of connecting your data, Nexus surfaces anomalies, creative health issues, and profit leaks that most brands don’t spot for months. Actionable experiment recommendations follow within the first week as the AI agents learn your account patterns. Full campaign generation and autonomous deployment come in Q4 2026. The $1,000 credit is specifically designed to let you run your first cohort of experiments without financial risk.
Can Nexus help with brands that have seasonal products? +
Yes. The Seasonality Engine is a dedicated module that analyses historical Shopify orders, GA4 traffic patterns, and Google Ads data to forecast demand peaks 6–8 weeks ahead. Rather than reacting to a Black Friday spike, you’re briefing creatives and building budgets while competitors are still planning.
Does Nexus improve ROAS, or will it actively reduce it? +
Possibly both — and that’s intentional. If you’re currently scaling campaigns that look good on ROAS but are unprofitable after COGS and returns, Nexus will surface that and recommend reallocation. Reported ROAS might drop while actual profit increases. Brands that make this shift typically see True Profit margins improve 15–30% within the first quarter, even if their ROAS dashboard shows a dip.
What is customer lifetime value optimisation? +
CLV optimisation means making decisions based on total profit a customer generates over their entire relationship, not just the first purchase. Nexus integrates with Omniconvert Reveal’s RFM segmentation to connect every campaign to its CLV impact.
Can Nexus help me identify which customer segments to prioritise? +
Yes, and this is one of Nexus’s core differentiators. Through Omniconvert Reveal, Nexus segments your customer base by RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary value) — identifying Champions, Loyals, At-Risk, and Dormant customers. Every insight, hypothesis, and campaign recommendation is linked back to its segment-level CLV impact.
What is RFM segmentation and how does Nexus use it? +
RFM stands for Recency, Frequency, and Monetary value — the three strongest predictors of future purchase behaviour. Nexus uses Omniconvert Reveal to automatically place every customer into a segment: Champions, Loyals, Potential Loyals, At-Risk, and Dormant. Every campaign Nexus recommends is tied to how it will move customers between these segments.
How does Nexus use NPS and review data? +
NPS scores and review sentiment are fed into the CX Intelligence module, where they’re parsed by AI agents and ranked by profit impact. A recurring complaint about a specific product category becomes a ranked insight with an estimated revenue impact. Your customers are essentially writing your next experiment for you.
Can Nexus help reduce customer churn? +
Yes. Nexus monitors RFM segment movements in real time — when a cohort of previously loyal customers starts slipping toward At-Risk, an anomaly alert fires with the estimated CLV at stake. Nexus can then propose a win-back campaign sequence with pre-generated email copy and ad variants.
Does Nexus work with Shopify? +
Yes. Nexus is built for Shopify and Shopify Plus stores. It integrates with Shopify for product and order data, Meta Ads and Google Ads for campaign performance, GA4 for visitor analytics, and Klaviyo for email and SMS. All connections use read-only access.
Do I need a developer or technical resource to get started? +
No. Connecting your data is handled through standard OAuth flows — the same kind of “Connect with Shopify” button you’ve used dozens of times. No code, no API keys, no developer required. The entire setup takes under 15 minutes.
What if I don’t use Klaviyo, Triple Whale, or some of the listed integrations? +
Nexus works with what you have. The minimum viable connection is Shopify + Meta Ads or Google Ads. Every integration you add increases the quality of insights — but you don’t need all of them to get value.
Can I connect multiple Shopify stores? +
Multi-store support is on the roadmap and will be available for brands operating multiple Shopify properties. In the Q2 beta, Nexus launches with single-store support. Founding brands with multiple stores are invited to share their setup so we can prioritise the architecture.
How does Nexus handle data from unsupported platforms? +
For platforms not yet natively supported, the team evaluates integration requests from founding members on a case-by-case basis. Demand from founding brands is the primary input into the integration roadmap. In the interim, GA4 acts as a universal proxy for many behavioural signals.
Is my data safe? What does read-only access mean? +
Read-only access means Nexus can see your data but cannot make changes to your accounts, pause campaigns, or move budget without your explicit approval. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can revoke access at any time from within each platform.
Does Nexus store my customer data on its own servers? +
Nexus processes aggregated metrics and anonymised behavioural signals — not raw PII. Customer names, emails, and payment details stay entirely within your existing platforms. We are compliant with GDPR and CCPA by design.
Is Nexus GDPR and CCPA compliant? +
Yes. Compliance is built into the architecture. Nexus operates on aggregated, anonymised data signals and never processes raw personal information beyond what is necessary. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
Can I revoke Nexus’s access at any time? +
Yes, immediately and unilaterally. Each platform connection is granted independently through that platform’s own permission settings. Revoking access immediately stops any further data ingestion.
Will my data be used to train AI models for other brands? +
No. Your data is used exclusively to generate insights and recommendations for your own account. Nexus does not use one brand’s data to train or improve models deployed for another brand. Each brand’s intelligence layer is isolated.
When does Nexus launch? +
Q2 2026 for the data insights beta with founding brands. Q4 2026 for full ad automation and AI experiments. Q1 2027 for complete autonomous operation. Brands who connect data now receive $1,000 in credits at launch.
What does the $1,000 credit cover? +
The $1,000 credit applies to your first 3 months after launch. No charge until the product goes live. Founding members also get early access, roadmap influence, and founding-member pricing locked for life.
How much will Nexus cost after the founding period? +
Pricing is still being finalised, but Nexus is positioned for brands doing $5M–$200M in annual revenue. The model will be usage-based. Founding brands lock in a significantly discounted rate for life.
What if I connect today and decide not to use Nexus at launch? +
No penalty, no obligation. Connecting your data now simply reserves your founding-member status and your $1,000 credit. If you decide Nexus isn’t right for you when it goes live, you revoke access and walk away. There is no contract, no payment taken before launch.
Is there a minimum contract length after launch? +
No minimum term. Nexus is designed to be kept because it generates measurable profit impact, not because you’re locked in. Founding members who remain on the platform keep their discounted rate for as long as they stay.
