Which offer keeps the most profit

Each bar is one order, from what the customer would pay at list price to what you keep before ads.

The second order is where Q4 pays off

Offer Break-even ROAS, first order Break-even ROAS, with repeat buyers Per 1,000 in ads, with repeat buyers

How it’s calculated: profit per order = order value minus variable costs, product and shipping cost, and any gift or reward. Break-even ROAS = order value ÷ profit per order. Spend tiers assume your cost scales with order value; bundles assume full cost per product, so real bundle profit is usually a bit higher once shipping is shared.

Now see the profit in your real data.

This calculator uses one product and the numbers you typed in. Omniconvert Commander connects to Shopify, GA4, Meta, Google Ads and Klaviyo, shows your True Profit, and ranks your growth opportunities by profit impact, not ROAS.

How to run Q4: buy customers early, cash in late

The offer protects the margin. The timeline protects the ad budget.

  1. Nov 1-16

Ads are cheaper. Spend on video that gets watched, and build warm audiences from people who watched most of it.

  2. Nov 1-16

Collect emails and phone numbers with early access, a VIP list or a holiday gift guide.

  3. Nov 17-23

Open early access to your list first. Those sales cost you almost nothing in ads.

  4. Black Friday to Cyber Monday

Put most of the budget behind warm audiences and proven creatives. Hit your list with email and SMS.

  5. December

CPMs usually drop. Keep running, push gift shipping deadlines, and sell new customers their second order.
