September 2026

  1. Store, Ads and Creative dashboards

Home in Nexus by Omniconvert now opens on the dashboard for your role: Store, Ads or Creative. Choose the KPI cards that matter to you, set a monthly target for each, and see findings with an estimated impact range.

    • New KPIs, including POAS, refund rate, CAC, NPS and subscribers
    • A Daily Brief strip at the top of every dashboard
  2. Find the ads that are missing tracking

A new Ad tracking page under Performance lists your live ads that lack the tracking needed to tie orders to them, sorted by spend. Each row gives the reason and a link to fix it in Ads Manager or Google Ads.

    • Checks your Google Ads account-level tracking suffix
    • Flags ads whose landing page is not on your store
  3. A Concepts tab in Create › Strategy

See the 29 built-in creative concepts Nexus by Omniconvert works with, plus any you add. Create, edit or retire your own, and see how many of your ads use each one.

    • Search, filter and sort by concept, type and number of ads
    • A concept cannot be retired while ads still use it
  4. Store Status is open to every store

Settings › Store Status is out of beta. Check that each scheduled data import ran on time, see any errors that affect your store, and spot gaps in your Shopify product category coverage.

  5. Triple Whale integration

Connect Triple Whale from Settings › Integrations. Nexus by Omniconvert syncs it every day and uses its attribution to tie orders to individual ads, and a sync activity view shows how each day's sync went.

    • You are asked to connect it when Triple Whale is found on your store
  6. Choose how free-gift costs count in your margins

In Settings › Products, decide how the cost of free gifts is handled: leave it out of product costs, count it on the gift, or count it on the paid product it came with. Affected products are recalculated at once.

August 2026

  1. Repeat revenue for every ad

See what the customers each ad brought in have spent since their first order. The ads table has a Repeat revenue column next to True Profit, and each ad's detail view shows its payback curve.

    • A payback tile on the Media Buyer brief
    • Insight cards for ads that repeat revenue has already paid back
  2. A simpler menu: Insights, Create and Performance

The menu of Nexus by Omniconvert is now organised around what you do. Insights holds products, customers, CX and competitors. Create holds strategy and production. Performance holds results, campaigns and audiences.

    • Competitors sit beside Products, Customers and CX
    • Audiences are next to Campaigns again
  3. Guided setup drafts your first ads on day one

New stores start with a guided setup: connect your data sources, confirm a brand board filled in from Shopify, pick a product and a concept, and get your first ad drafts while your store data imports.

    • Brand colours and slogan are taken from Shopify
    • Choose a guided or a fully automatic route
    • An email tells you when your store data is ready
  4. Angle explorer for your creative strategy

See every marketing angle found for your store in one place: each core idea, its variations and the ad spend behind it, with search and filters. It is under Create › Strategy › Angles.

    • Add your own angles by hand
  5. Creative Wizard turns one product into a batch of ad drafts

Pick a product and a concept, and the Creative Wizard generates image ad drafts side by side from more than one AI image model. Keep the ones you like and they go to Studio, ready to edit and publish.

    • Product cards show 30-day sales, visits and active ads
    • Keep or discard drafts in bulk
    • Past runs are under Create › Creative Runs
  6. The Media Buyer brief now reports acquisition MER

The Media Buyer Daily Brief now measures efficiency as aMER: new-customer revenue divided by total ad spend. Sales from returning customers no longer make your ads look more efficient than they are.

July 2026

  1. Decide what a winning ad means for your store

In Settings › Ads › Winning ads, set your own winner criteria with AND/OR rules on metrics such as ROAS and new-customer cost per acquisition. Preview which ads qualify and why, and have winners marked every night.

    • Separate criteria per campaign (added in August)
    • Auto rules are in the same place, under Settings › Ads
  2. Creative Library for your brand images

Upload your brand images, organise them in folders with tags, and browse them next to the creatives generated for you. Insert any image into a Studio design, or start a new design set from it.

June 2026

  1. A testing backlog for angles you have not tried

Save the market angles your competitors use that you have not tried yet. Track each one as To test, Briefed, Tested or Dismissed, and turn any of them into an ad brief in one click.

  2. Review AI ad briefs with structured feedback

Approve, iterate or reject each AI ad brief and leave structured feedback. Nexus by Omniconvert adapts the brief for you, and your feedback shapes the playbook it uses for future briefs.

    • Optional auto-approve for briefs that score 95 or higher
    • All your feedback in one list, under Settings › Feedback
  3. Ask your AI assistant about your store, through MCP

Nexus by Omniconvert now works as an MCP server. Create a token in Settings › MCP, then ask Claude, Cursor or another MCP assistant about your sales, customers and ads, or start actions that ask you to confirm first.

    • Setup guides and example prompts for each assistant
    • Per-store tokens you can rotate or revoke
    • Sign-in connection for Claude connectors (added in July)
  4. NPS insights on the CX page

When your store has NPS survey data, CX › NPS shows scores by segment, product, category and location, trends over time, the link between NPS and lifetime value, and a daily AI summary of detractor themes.

    • NPS signals also feed your insights and product ad briefs
  5. Customer intelligence for every store

See how your customers split across RFM segments, how they move between segments over time and which customers are due to buy again, and browse every customer with filters.

    • Segment Overview, Transitions and Cross-Dimensions views
    • Repurchase Signals and an All Customers table
    About customer intelligence
  6. Blueshift integration

Connect Blueshift to push your audiences to Blueshift lists and keep customer attributes, including NPS, in sync every day. Preview a sync before you run it in full.

May 2026

  1. Meta Ads for every store

Connect your Meta ad account to bring Facebook and Instagram performance data into Nexus by Omniconvert, and publish the ads it makes straight to Meta.

  2. Launch Monitor with one-step kill and replace

Launch Monitor tracks your newly launched ads against your own benchmark click-through rate. Pause or archive an underperformer and, if you want, queue a replacement brief in the same step.

    • Search, filters and sortable columns
    • A summary of your auto rules on the same page
  3. Audience Builder with Meta and Google sync

Build audiences from your customer data, preview their size, and sync them to Meta Custom Audiences and Google Customer Match, rebuilt every day. Audience Insights suggests ready-made audiences with their size and value.

    • Lookalike audiences
    • Attach audiences when you publish ads
  4. Morning Brief and Media Buyer Daily Brief

Each morning starts with an AI-written brief: yesterday's revenue and orders, what needs attention, and the opportunities, with a prioritised actions feed. The Ads dashboard adds a daily brief on spend, CPM anomalies and ad fatigue.

    • Insights ranked by estimated revenue impact
    • Mark each insight in progress, resolved or dismissed
  5. Rules that start and stop ads for you

Set rules that pause underperforming ads, or launch a new variant when a winning ad fades. Every decision goes to a queue you can review, with a Run now option. Rules stay off until you switch them on.

  6. Creative Studio turns a brief into every ad size

Turn an approved ad brief into a design set with a version for every placement, in up to nine aspect ratios including Google Display and Performance Max. Backgrounds extend automatically to fit each size.

    • Edit the brief's copy before you generate
    • Generation runs in the background

April 2026

  1. Competitor ad library and Creative Radar

Your competitors' ads are collected into one library, and each is broken down by format, hook, pacing and call to action. Creative Radar charts their creative patterns, with Video Anatomy and Format Face-Off views.
